The Ruck Plate Carrier (aka RPC) houses a Ruck Plate perfectly and is worn high and tight on your back for natural stability. Your chest stays open so you can breathe better to ruck longer.

The RPC is built for comfort under weight, with a padded top handle, cushioned plate pocket, ergonomic lumbar support, and a non-abrasive back panel and shoulder straps — so comfortable you can wear it against your skin, no friction burn, no problem.

When in doubt, start with 20LBS.

If you have big traps, go with the RPC LONG.

Ruck Plate Compatibility

The Ruck Plate Carrier (Standard) is ideal for carrying 10LB, 20LB, or 30LB Standard Ruck Plates. It’s the perfect place to start if you’re new to rucking or want to add some extra suck to your workouts. The Ruck Plate Carrier (Long) fits a 30LB Long or 45LB Long plate and is ideal if you’re a larger guy. The Ruck Plate Carrier (Heavy) carries up to two 45lb plates (or a 45 + a 30 Long, etc.) for your toughest rucks.
